Terms of Service

Effective date: March 2, 2026 — The Sprinter LLC

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Job Sprinter, operated by The Sprinter LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using Job Sprinter, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Job Sprinter is a receipt capture, expense tracking, and project management tool designed for contractors and small businesses. Features include OCR-based receipt scanning, Google Drive and Sheets integration, team member access, and progress photo management.

2. Your Account

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use Job Sprinter. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

Job Sprinter offers paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the rate of your selected plan.

Free Trial. New accounts receive a 10-day free trial. Your payment method will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel before the trial period ends.

Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

Price Changes. We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment information, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload content that infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure
  • Use automated tools to scrape or access the service without permission
  • Resell or sublicense access to the service without our written permission

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to Job Sprinter, including receipts, photos, and project information. You grant us a limited license to store and process that data solely to provide the service.

6. Google Integration

By connecting your Google account, you authorize Job Sprinter to access Google Drive and Google Sheets on your behalf to store receipt images and sync expense data. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings.

7. Team Members

Account owners on Team or Pro plans may invite team members. You are responsible for your team members' use of the service and for ensuring they comply with these Terms. Team member access ends when their invitation is revoked or when your subscription is canceled or downgraded.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep Job Sprinter available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service unavailability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Sprinter LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Job Sprinter, including loss of data or lost profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Job Sprinter is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or that OCR results will be accurate. You are responsible for verifying all extracted receipt data.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the app. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
